TCOVE Administration

Responsibilities

  1. ROP centralized office for the overall coordination of district ROP programs
  2. Coordination of TCOVE Board of Trustees activities, policies and events
  3. Coordination of TCOVE Resource Team
  4. Liaison activities between State Department of Education and the ROC/P unit
  5. Develop and manage the JPA operational budget
  6. Coordinate all fiscal matters with TCOVE’s fiscal agent (Tulare County Office of Education)
  7. Manage and coordinate all financial transactions of the TCOVE ROP
  8. Maintenance and distribution of ROC/P ADA apportionment
  9. Attendance compilation and reports
  10. Coordinate and submit necessary forms and State reports (VE-80’s, Follow-up, CalWORK’s, Carl Perkins, Performance Based Accountability)
  11. Maintain centralized ROP program files
  12. Process new course approvals (VE-77’s) through the State Department of Education, ROC/P unit
  13. Centralized coordination of ROP health careers programs
  14. Centralized coordination of the Department of Developmentally Disabled, Direct Support Professional (DSP) testing certification and training
  15. Assist districts with ROP program advisory committees
  16. Evaluation of ROP programs relative to compliance with State regulation
  17. Classroom visitations and recommendations
  18. Facilitate in-service training for ROP personnel
  19. Centralized articulation of ROP programs between districts, community colleges and other training programs
  20. Provide property management functions relative to the Regional Occupational Center (ROC)
