- Responsibilities
1.1 Final approval of the annual TCOVE
ROP budget, interim reports, budget revisions and district
ADA distribution
1.2 Final approval of all TCOVE ROP Administration
positions, both classified and certificated
1.3 Certification to the California Department
of Education that attendance and expenditure accounting
are legally correct
1.4 Instructional programs course approval
and certification to the California Department of Education
that the instructional programs are congruent with filed
plans
1.5 Ensuring that a capable Director is
employed to manage the program
1.6 Annual review of the Director’s
performance
1.7 Making policy to be implemented by
the Director
1.8 Reviewing and acting upon matters brought
to it by the Director
1.9 Holding public meetings and receiving
information regarding its programs
- Membership Composition
One designated Board member and alternate from each TCOVE
ROP member district.
- Meeting dates, times and locations will be determined
by the Board.
