The mission of the Tulare County Organization for Vocational Education, Regional Occupational Program (TCOVE ROP) is to encourage both personal and economic development in Tulare County, the region and state. To achieve our mission, the TCOVE ROP is committed toward a position of advocacy and leadership in support of member districts in providing students and communities with the highest standard of excellence in education while preparing individuals with relevant skills and attitudes necessary for success.
