Dairy Management - This course is designed for students who are interested in working with dairy cattle as a manager, herdsman, dairy worker and milker. Basic skills and theoretical applications as it relates to heard health, nutrition, reproduction, record keeping and other business practices. Combination of classroom and lab practices.
