Distributive Occupation Training –
Landscaping: This course is specifically designed for students
with learning disabilities. Enrollment is both coordinated
by district Special Education staff and part of the Individual
Education Plan (IEP) process. Course of study and practical
application covers safe use of landscape materials, supplies
and equipment as applied to lawn mowing, weeding, edging,
pruning, digging, planting and general yard cleanup.
