Accounting Clerk – This course is
presented as an actual business operation that processes inventory
and revenue generated through on-campus student store. The
primary objective of the curriculum is to prepare students
to perform the tasks associated with a small retail store.
The main components of the course will include: merchandising,
stocking, inventory control, accounts receivable, accounts
payable, banking, profit and loss statements, cash register,
procedures and general business etiquette.
