Hospital /Health Careers – This course
consists of two components: Theory and community classroom.
The theory portion presents a common set of skills and knowledge
necessary for all health care employees. Instruction consists
of classroom instruction, site tours and job shadowing experiences.
Community classroom provides students with a workplace learning
experience incorporating a detailed individual training program
plan. Upon successful completion of this course, the students
will have acquired the specific skills needed to secure entry-level
employment and or pursue post-secondary education / training.
