To sign up for testing, training or for general information call Joann Egan at 688-1391 or 688-0571. If she is not available, please speak clearly and slowly as you leave your name and return phone number.

• Please make certain you have called to sign-up for a testing or training. (If a test date, time or location needs to be changed, we will need to contact you.)
  
• It is also very important that you notify us if you will NOT be able to attend a scheduled test or training date, so that we are able to allow others to sign up in you place.
  
• Test registration, depending on morning or afternoon sign-up, is at 8:30 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. Test time is 9:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m. Vendor number and picture I.D. are required.
  
• Training Course instruction begins at 8:30 a.m. and runs until 2:30 p.m. Bring a lunch and drinks.
