High school students must be 16 years of age or older. Generally TCOVE ROP enrollment is targeted for high school juniors or seniors. Considering hours, days, location and course content, the student selects a class from the TCOVE ROP Course Offering. The student then contacts their school counselor who will provide additional guidance in program selection and in completion of the course scheduling procedure.

Adults can contact the school site where the TCOVE ROP course is offered and ask to speak to the District TCOVE Resource Team Member for information on enrollment or call the TCOVE Administrative Office. Adult enrollees may need, if required, to purchase books and/or uniforms.

Enrollment priority is given to high school students, then adults residing in Tulare County. Generally, students may enroll in TCOVE ROP classes in neighboring school districts if parental permission is acquired, scheduling can be arranged and transportation secured.
